Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service for all clients of

Victoria Couch Photography, please review the following guidelines regarding your scheduled session.

Booking & Retention Fee

A non-refundable $10 retention fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. This fee will be applied toward your final session total:

• Individual Portraits: $30 total

• Couple Portraits: $45 total

• Family & Pet Portraits: $50 total

. Maternity & Newborn Portraits: $55 total

Cancellation Notice

I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations with 48+ Hours' Notice:

Your $10 retention fee can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within 30 days.

Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: The $10 retention fee is forfeited to cover the loss of the reserved time slot.

No-Shows. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be required to pay for future sessions in full at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once without penalty, provided notice is given 48 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling may require a new retention fee.

Weather & Emergencies

In the event of inclement weather or photographer emergency, Victoria Couch Photography reserves the right to reschedule. In these rare cases, your retention fee will be fully applied to the new date or refunded if a new date cannot be agreed upon.
